Right now I'm focused on growing and adapting my career through the AI revolution — applying myself as an AI-assisted software engineer in a real, practical sense after years of data-intensive enterprise experience without AI. I'm excited to be on the forefront of this transformation, leveraging AI tools to do things at a speed and scale previously unimaginable. On a typical day at work, I'm working in extremely data-intensive Java Spring Boot applications with React frontends.

I'm seeing this era as an opportunity to create businesses, and disrupt in new exciting ways. I'm eager to see where it takes me. Hopefully it means more $$, and meaningful work.

On the technical side, I've been exploring:

• Plan-based and TDD-based agentic programming in enterprise backend systems
• Agentic approaches to project management and requirements gathering
• Complex data management challenges
• Lean test automation through highly focused, TDD-driven agentic workflows

Outside of work, I'm also diving into homesteading — learning about food security, permaculture, and how to design a productive food-forest system. It's a great balance to the screen time.

I'm looking for ways to increase my revenue streams, while also getting more freedom in terms of time and place.
